Hello everybody ,
I got married to a USC .She is going to try to sponser me.But we have no idea where to begin ....where to send applications ....I have seen the forms that are needed to filled ....but i am curious about this fee waiver thing ....we dont make much money .....how does the fee waiver work ?

First of all since my wife has depression ,she is disabled and getting social security benefits. Is that enough to waive these fees ?And if it is which fees will be waived ....like i know it costs $190 for I-130 ,$395 for I-485 and $180 for I-765

Will they be able to waiver all the above mentioned fees or just the one I-130 whcih my wife will fill for me ?????????????????????????

Please any information will be apprciated
thanks
Peace :)

As you know your wife's income will not be enough, so you will need a co-sponsor whose income qualifies; however,

Your wife will be able to get the "Fee Waiver" or should I say qualify (since i am not the one to determine it).

Yes you can

Congratulations on your marriage and welcome to the married club. Yes you can apply for a waiver on all applications form, and USCIS will evaluate all of your waivers, and surely approved them whey are satisfied by your explanation. Please see the link below which offers guidance on how you proceed to apply for a fee waiver.

Additionally, you are supposed to send all the completed forms to the CHICAGO LOCKBOX: US. Citizenship and Immigration Services
P O BOX 805887, CHICAGO, IL 60680-4120 You are supposed to mail this to this address, irrespective of where you live, except for people TX and some areas (might be wrong).

This is what you need to submitt to USCIS:
I-130, signed by your USC spouse. G-325 A for USC spouse and 1 photo
I-485 signed by you (beneficiary), G-325 A, 2 passport size photos,
I-864 Affdavit of Support, plus tax returns and W2 for year 2005, since she is on disability, I am not sure if she pays tax and how much it is. Remember that her income should be 125% above poverty line, this translate to a little over $16,500 to able to petition you. If not, you WILL need a second sponsor to supplement her income.
I-693 Medical form, if you have vaccinations record, please find a US certified civil surgeon and proceed to do the medical. If you send your forms without completing medical record, they will send you a Request for Evidence for this medical form. So, complete it and send it along with the forms, it will be sealed by that doctor. Go to USCIS.gov and search "civil surgeon", and will give you a link to certified drs, and search one in your area.
I-765... copy of I-94, back and front. 2 photos. Write your name on the back of each photo being submitted...

Good luck....
