I called IIO on friday as my case got approved and my wife's didn't.
For my wife IIO told RFE has been issued on 11/04/02 and she refused to tell the details of RFE. She also told there is a backlog in the mailing area, so I should receive the details of RFE in 2 to 4 weeks time.
It is very interesting that the online status is not true online, because my wife's case status still says...your finger printing results received ..blah..blah. I really think the online status is updated by the final stage letter dispatch person,not by the one who processes the case.
So sep filers whose status hasn't changed so far.....try to call IIO and find out the case status.
she also told me that my case was approved on 11/04/02 and it really got updated on 11/5/02 after 9 PM because I have verified at about 4 PM same day.
