The second-and-concluding part of this special coverage by NPR will be aired this evening.

I am shocked, horrified, and petrified. In this specific case, a person was incarcerated with abuse by attack-dogs for 2 years for a misdemeanor, leave alone this being no felony!!

Not only NPR's story, but even this news ( http://www.newstatesman.com/site.php3?newTemplate=NSArticle_World&newDisplayURN=200411220005 ) in New Statesman only point how even offenders with minor offences had to endure these abuses! However, many folks in this forum including you, have no reason to fear. Just make sure that folks with arrest record do not take any chance crossing the Port of Entry. Wait for your GC adjudication. Also, you must note that many with single arrest records -- including DV, DUI, DWI -- in this forum have got adjudicated after interview. So, nothing to worry dude.
