I am going to apply for my I140. I have a Masters from US. Do i have to get the Degree Evaluation?

And if anyone knows how much time is it taking for I140 for CSC?

If your LC requires MS in ABC and you have US MS in ABC, no evaluation is needed.

And if anyone knows how much time is it taking for I140 for CSC?
6 months or longer
