Hello Everyone,

Thank you for your time and assistance. Maybe this question was answered somewhere else but i was not able to locate it.

I am a US citizen and I am interested to bring my parents and sister to the US. My sister is 16 years old.

Does anyone know whether I have to file a separately for my sister or will she get her visa through my parents?

As far as the affidavit of support, can my brother (GC holder), be the financial sponsor? and how does one figure out what income level has to be to be able to sponsor 2 adults and 1 minor?

Any advice is appreciated.

Thank you very much for your help.

The only thing I can say is that your sister does not get the GC through your parents, if you are going to file for her. It is quicker if your parents get the GC through you first and then they file for your sister. As a sibling of a USC your sister will have to wait over 10 years.

Yes, your brother can be a co-sponsor.
To determine sponsor's financial eligibility, you should see the poverty guideline posted in USCIS website.
