I have been in US for almost 5 yrs. Came on B2 & then converted to R1. Now it is almost 3 yrs & as per the lAttorney am eligible to apply for GC. Question is what is the next step.
Should I first send application form I-360? How long does this take to be approved if service center is TX? Can I also apply for a AOS & for EAD along with this or wait to be approved of form I-360. I have not mailed any application as yet. Waiting to get more info on this. Please advice.
