As we approach the 120 days from ND barrier, let us post our experiences on phone/fax inquiry as we go along in getting our FP notices

RD : Feb 15, ND : Feb 28...

Yes, We are approaching the 120 days after ND date...

But, I did not find any reference to enquiry for FP Notice in CSC processing guidelines ?

> 120 day enquiry still holds good ??

My attorney sent a fax to CSC for FP notice on Jun 15th, No response yet..
