Hi,

I have been watching processing times for Indiana RIR LC and from last 3-4 months it\'s at 12/2000 whereas all other states RIR dates are moving very fast. Why is the Indiana Laboor so slow as compared to other states? Do we expect this backlog to be cleared soon in the nearest future?

I am in the same boat. It is a painful process. I had called the labor department once, about 2 months back and the guy said that because of what happenned in April, where individuals who were out of status were allowed to apply, the work load has shot up and they are very busy.
When did you file for LC.

My company filed my Labor Certification in last month i.e. November,2001. According to the attorneys the State will take 300 days and then the federal. They sould clear this backlog soon.
