I need a Rs.100 Indian stamp paper. Does anybody know, is there a place in New York City, where I can get an Indian stamp paper. Thanks in advance for your information.

I need to give a power of attorney.

My folks mailed a stamp paper to me. Now-a-days the international incoming mails takes lot of time to reach. So if I could get it from here, I can send it immediately

I did the same thing when I bought a property in India. They charge around $21 for 2 copies of POA.
 
which means I don\'t have to have a Stamp paper?

I mean I can type the matters in white papers instead of stamp paper?
 
US Forms

I used the US POA form for sale of property in India. You need to get the POA notarized. I got the POA form from a lawyer.
 
A friend\'s parents are in US. He need to submit birth affadevits to INS.

Can his parents issue affadevits in US ? Please explain.Thanks.
 
YES, Parents can issue birth affidavit (sworn statement) in US

on plain paper, if the format in the US sytle and notorised by US public notary.
