Indian Passport- Notarized!

Does anyone know where we can get an Indian Passport Notarzied? I did check with my banks but they said that they are not authorized to do so?

Try the Indian Consulate/Embassy. They are supposes to provide such services to their nationals. It is going to cost more that $2, though.
