Situation :

I've done my B.Com (3 year degree) + PGDBM (equivalent to MBA in IS) approved by AICTE – Govt. of India + 6 Year of IT exp.

Plan

Now I am planning of applying for I-140 on a PRE-APPROVED labor which requires Masters Plus 2 Years exp.

Q:

Will my education be considered as equivalent to Master's for the Labor ..?

There might be some problems
1. You have just three years B.com degree.
2. MBA is approved by AICTE. AICTE is approval is not considered as accreditation. Any private institutions can have this approval. (I have worked with AICTE for some time) Even if is OK; the admission requires only three-years degree. But Masters in US requires four years degree.

I would suggest go for EB3.

Can I go ahead and Apply for my I140 in EB2 and latter on if Ref comes then can I change it to EB3 ?
