Hi,
I am an Indian citizen and working in USA on J-1 visa from past 3years. I have remaining 2 years on J-1 visa. I got married to an Indian citizen girl in India but unfortunately we got separated. She never came to USA and I have not applied for a "legal" divorce because of many unavoidable problems in initiating this process.
Now I have to get a NORI certificate (J-1 waiver) from India. How this separation status will affect on receiving my J-1 waiver? NORI form is asking clearly that we have to provide the address of wife in India. Is there any way to deal with this messy situation?
