Question:

Is there anything against India as far visa stamping is considered? I always knew its a list of countries like Iran, Iraq but India is not in that list. I heard from a person in the legal dept. in my company today that India is considered also in that list and that might make it a little difficult for me to get H1 stamped at Toronto. Guess what .... I am travelling this week to Toronto.

Is it true what she is telling about India?
