I-94 and H4 visa for wife on singapore PP expired in Nov 2001.
Applied for extension for wife one day after expiry.
Planning to travel to India in March.
Is my wife out of status?
Dillema is how can to come back into US if Chennai consulate creates problem in issuing visa? Will they create problem?
Is it advisable to get it in Vancouver?
If visa is denied at vancouver will we be able to come back?

EAD approved in Nov 2001 for both of us but never received it.
