Your's isn't too bad only 15 days away. Most likely it will get current in July. Visa numbers are allocated based on an annual quota of 140K immigrant visas. USCIS's year falls from October through September and is divided into 4 quarters. USCIS was very conservative in moving the dates forward this year resulting in the utilization of only a limited number of visas. Now they have only 4 months to go and a bulk of visas that they can issue. I have heard that in the last quarter the 7% country limit is also not applied. Based on this understanding my guess is that the visa movement will continue to move forward till September.
Although dates can be expected to move forward untill October, a drastic movement similar to the June 2007 visa bulletin is unlikely to happen anytime soon.
