Got approval notices (for all 3 of us) just before. What a great relief.
I am glad that I did not miss this wave of approvals. I wish you all the best.
I am feeling like just escaped form a crowded and misguided train.

Aprovals FIFO is being based on RD/ND of I 485 and not PD of labor certification

From the aprovals received in the past two days, Both NSC and TSC are strictly following the RD/ND of I 485.

Yesterday, TSC touched upto DEc 2004 RD and Today we are seeing from Jan 2005.

My I 140 notice date is March 2004
My I 485 notice date is aug 2004
transferred to TSC from VSC
Had infopass and found that namecheck and all security checks are cleared
Had fp in may 2007
No LUD changes, no approval mail
