Updated 12/05/01: India & Vietnam Added To IV Special Payment Procedure
DOS adds India and Vietnam to the list of countries where the American visa posts will implement to collect immigrant visa application fees in advance of interview and charging special fees for review of Affidavit of Support, I-864.
