Hi there,
I am a Canadian Citizen. Out of last 5 years, I worked 4 years as an independent contractor (Through my own company). I worked directly for the client and now I accepted full time position with the same client. I am currently on H1 and am planning on applying for GC. What kind of work experience letter do I need for PERM processing? As I understand, the experience from my client wouldn't work as I am now his employee. Any suggestion in this regard is grately appreciated.
