Increase in Filing fee for RTD

Someone posted recently that filing fee for RTD are going up starting July 2007, does anyone has a link for increase fee rates?
If that is the case than I should apply before July, I need for 2 yrs so I will apply for RP for one last time. What is the current filing fee?

The current fee is $170. Starting July 30th the fee is $305
