I have a problem with my I-485 Application form. My lawyer applied my I-485 Form with Incorrect Visa number. I asked him to talk to the CIS regarding that. He said he called INS and talked to them. CIS is saying that they will issue an query when they start processing my I-485 forms. I wanted to know is there a way to amend a correction for the application form. Did any of you have this kind of experience.
