Incorrect Receipt number on approval notice

I would really appreciate if someone could explain this. I got an approval notice saying my case was approved. Though the notice has my name and it was sent to my address, it does not match with any other information that I have e.g. reciept number, Applicant etc, even the receipt date and the priority date are different. Also I did not receive my wife's approval.

Go to Local INS with that receipt and try to get it stampped. If you are approved that means they mis-print the SRC or other info from other applicant.

Try for your luck. In Local INS thay can access your info with your A# and let you know what is the correct.
