Hello,
My mother is the principal applicant for the family based immigration petition. However, there was miscommunication between my mom and her brother during the application process. My mom's brother was not sure of her birthdate since my mom has 12 other sibilings. Therfore, it led to a typo. on her birthdate in the application. We did received a AOS/IV invoice notification and are told to proceed with the payments. Just wondering if we should obtain an immigration attorney to correct this error or should we just go along and make the payment. Then inform this error during the interview with a birth certificate and passport?
