Incorrect information on H-1B I-94

I received an H-1B last year from the Vermont Service Center. However, the Country of Citizenship on my I-94 was wrong. So, I went to the local USCIS office in Newark, and they asked me to fill in a I-102 form (Application for replacement of I-94) and send it to the VSC. So, I filled it and sent the orginal I-94 to them, explaining my reasons for doing so. They sent me a letter stating that they need more information. So, I sent them the I-129 (Petition for Non-immigrant worker) copy, as well as an Affadavit, showing them that they got my Country of Citizenship wrong. A couple of months later, I get a Notice of Action with a new I-94, but the country of citizenship is still wrong, and now they have changed the class from H-1B to F-1.

I am really confused right now, and I was wondering what I should do next to get my H-1B I-94 back.
I was wondering if anybody could help me out.
