My 14 year old niece is back home in India and was scheduled to fly back yesterday but she was refused to board the plane on the Hyderabad airport as her date of birth on Advance Parole does not match the date of birth on her passport. We approached US consulates in Hyderabad and Delhi but they refused saying that it needs to be corrected here in US. The local USCIS office in Baltimore says that I need to talk to TSC as it was issued there. Anyone have any experience dealing with such issues.
Any guidance is appreciated.
