Incorporation state for Online business

I am planning to start web based business (Portal ). As of now I will be the only one working for the company as ceo and developer or whatever.

I currently live in jersey. Is it ok if I incorporate my business using Delaware state and then operate my business from home in newjersey without incorporating in jersey. If not, shoud I form a franchise in new jersey also, even though my business is purely website but because I live in jersey.

Incase I move to another state what is the best option to form a company in that state and then transfer all the jersey/delaware assets to that new corporation. Important point is that I prefer to use the same tax id , incorporation date etc to avoid more paperworks.

Apart from passthru taxation advantage in llc, do you have any other advantage than "C" corporation. I heard that with corporation, all employee benefits such as medical insurance are deductible. what are the other difference between llc and corporation apart from passthru taxation and double=taxation.

Any Company formation experts and Tax experts please suggest. I thank you in advance for your efforts.
