incorporating LLC on H1-B

could you please provide feedback for the following scenario:

Is it legally OK, if a holder of a H1-b, who is in the GC process, subcontracts to a LLC. where he/she also hold a signifcant amount of shares?

If you have an EAD you can work for other companies also. so it is perfectly fine if you work for a business where you hold significant shares. If your primary employer will allow it is a different question. I am assuming teh said LLC is not teh DC sponsor.
