I have applied for a waiver based on No Objection. DOS have all the documents included NOL. They sent me an Incomplete Information Letter asking the names of my mother and father on October 15, 2010. I immediately mailed back the requested information, but there has been no update on my status since then.
The last update is still Incomplete Information Letter Sent.
I faxed to the waiver division but no response. I had mailed with USPS express mail and when I track the package I can see that somebody has signed.
What should I do at this moment? I am running out of time
1. Why do they ask about the names of my parents? Background check?
2. Should I asked an assistance from the congressman?
3. Should I mail the requested information again?
Please advise me. I appreciate your help.
