By mistake, I forgot to check 2 check boxes ->

Part 10, page 9, section H, number 37 (If law requires, are you willing to bear arms on behalf of United States)
and
number 38 (If law requires, are you willing to perform noncombatant services in the US Armed Forces).

I sent my application yesterday (July 21, 2009).

What are the repercussions? Would the application be rejected? What are my options to fix this problem? Please help.

I don't think your application will be rejected as improperly filed. More likely you'll be asked to check these boxes at the interview.
 
IO will go through the application form during the interview and will ask you to finish the incomplete items.
I think you haven't left any basic information fields such as name, A#, spouse details etc.
