The person has a SS card with the legend "NOT VALID FOR WORK" printed on it and his work permit expired almost 2 years now which he couldn't renew because he was ineligible. If this person received a huge refund fron the IRS by lying on the tax return claiming dependents which he doesn't have. Did he commit illegal acts?
