have been filing IT for last three years.

I have only the form which I filled for fedral and state.

But I do not have anything from the either state or fedral.

what docs I should take with me for the interview.

You may call IRS and the number is 1-800-829-1040. Request for the transcripts for the last 3 years and they will mail this to you. There is no charge for this service. Hope this helps.

On top of this, If you have it it would be always good to carry the copies of your 1040 and orig and copy of W2.
