Including visiting places when you fill WHere has you lived in last 5 years?

During last 5 years, I visited my country once about 35 days.

Do I need to list the visiting place under "Where has you lived in last 5 years" under N400?

and there is a seperate place in N400 where you need to list FOREIGN COUNTRIES and ONLY foreign countries you visit
