My spouse already filed the I485.But in my spouse I485 application under Part3 B to list present husband/wife, my name is there but under applying with you it was marked as no because at that time I did not file with her. Now Iam going to file my I485 to join my spouse. Will this be a problem, has anyone gone through this and do we require to change it.
