Include Spouse

I applied for my PR in April 2004 (Medicals done in July 2004) and mentioned Spouse not to be included in the application(plan was to apply after i land there). But now if i plan to change the application and if i want to include my spouse in the current application what do i have to do? Any ideas?

Under which category did you apply? Which Country? What stage is your application in? If you provide details about your case its easier to answer your question.

Applied April 2004 and medical in July 2004 does not seem right.

Anyway even if you mentioned initially that you did not want your spouse to accompany you she must have got her medical done, right. So as long as you have not got visa stamped on your passport you can request that Consulate responsible for your case that you want your spouse to accompany you. Ask for instructions on how to do so.

I initially applied in Nov 2002 and got an approval but my marital status changed, so I was told to re-send the application. So I have a new file number and application date shown is April 2004. Got mail from CIC in June to get medical done for me and my wife.
