Hello All,
I just needed some suggestions regarding this issue of 213.... regarding inadmissibility. Like many in here, my father too has been found inadmissible. How? Why? God knows. It makes absolutely no sense that upon seeking asylum and actually after fleeing the country fearing prosecution, the homeland security has found him inadmissible.
Anyways, since I'm a derivative asylee, I'm also subject to inadmissibility upon my arrival at POE, should I depart the US. As it stands, I've already bought the tickets to leave and I'm seriously considering leaving the U.S. in September.
My question is, what is the worse that could happen upon my arrival? Will I be sent back? If thats the case then how long will I be barred from entering the U.S.? Does anybody have any experience with inadmissibility?
