Okay folks
I think we have to agree that NSC is moving now.
If you see all approvals in rupnet for this week, more than half is from NSC. Let us step back and smile for a little while.

Now that they are approving can we guess what is the order of re-opening of old cases and their approval?

I think they are approving by RFE response rcvd date.

To start with they are looking at
If there is no RFE then they are using 'old RD' files. Am I correct?
Whats is ur input on this theory?

To start with they are looking at late october RFE's replied within 1st/2nd week of november, thats when the approvals ground to a screeching halt.

Adjustee...

We have to acknowledge that the good thing is they are looking at cases and approving. The sad thing is we don't know their logic of workflow. There are many folks out there whose RDs are in July and August (with or without RFEs) and they are somewhere in that NSC processing center. My RD is 07/2001 and my RFE sent back 11/2002 but up-to-date, no good news to share yet. I guess I just gotta run harder towards that glimpse of light at the end of the tunnel.

Case approved on Jan 27th for RFE response received on 19th OCT. LIN-02-008
Checked it online. Have not received approval notice yet.

I think the freeze is over. Good luck folks
