In VSC freeze is over

Mr. Chandra has found that his case was approved from VSC on Dec 30, 2002. His ND is Jan 2002.

If 485 freeze is over in VSC, I think TSC should have also finished the work taken up during freeze. Now TSC should start approving our cases.

Unfortunately there are a lot of pessimists on the VSC board. Hopefully it is true and good news. AS Murthy.com reported, they saw an approval just before the holidays after 3 weeks of no activity. I think that we will see approvals soon; but I think they will be slow in coming. I am just about to send out my EAD renewal (for April 11th), which I never thought I would need; but for $120 its not worth takingf a chance.
