In US on E3 Visa, but leaving shortly. What are my rights?

Hello,

I'm currently in the US on an E3 Visa, but I've accepted a job in a different country and will be moving in about August. My question is a little different to the normal, I'm wondering what I can maintain in the US after my job finishes? Specifically:

- Can I maintain my US bank accounts and brokerage accounts?
- I own a house. Can I keep the mortgage and keep making payments (i.e. turn it into an investment)
- SSN / Taxes? Any help here? I take it I still file a 2010 Tax Return with the IRS, given the majority of my year has been spend in the US?
- Anything else you can make me aware of that would help?

Thank you for your time.

Henry, your best bet would be to seek out a qualified lawyer and get their input on this. I am sure that the people on this board want to help you, but the worst thing that could happen would be for you to receive inaccurate information that was given with good intentions, and act upon that advice to your own detriment. Please give this a shot and let me know how it goes!
