In the Green Card Interview do they look at Student Loans/Debts?

I'm thinking of going to University this year, but doing so will put me in a $24 000 Debt.

Will that hinder or slow down my chances of going to the USA in the interview? It will be a student loan meaning the government pays it and I pay back the government when Im earning a certain amount of money.

lol. Based on your bad luck, maybe you will win when you are done with School and student loans.Bad joke. Don't worry, last year, I suffered bad luck too. I don't know. I hope more experience members reply your post soon.
 
Basically I need to know before I fork out $24 000 for UNI.

Do they care if I have a $24 000 Debt, but have $15 000 at the interview itself?

i will rather wait and win before i start thinking of a possible interview if i ever get one.;)
