does anyone know that when can I get in state tuition?
I am paying taxed over 2 years and EAD approved.

What is your status here? If you are on H1 or H4 you can get a waiver of tuition fee if are a resident of that state for one year year, your driving license for one yr with that state and your proof residence states for one yr.
