In Removal Proceedings/individual Hearing Date

Hi Guys...
I Came In Usa As Ewi( Entry Without Inspection) Apllied For Political Asylum,interview With Imigration Officer They Send My Case To Immigration Court After 2 Years I Have Master Hearing In Last Year Of January. Same Time I Married To American Citizen Girl. Applied For I-130 ,it S Been Approved, Then I Apply For I-824 Its Been Approved And They Send My Approved Application To Nvc(national Visa Center) ,i Have To Send I-864 (affidavit Of Suport) Now I Paid Nvc 70.00$ Fee And 380.00$ Fee ,and Now They R Going To Send Me Ds-230 (application For Immigrant Visa And Alien Registartion. I Dint Recive It Yet. And Next Month I Have Individual Hearing Date For Removal Proceedings In Immigation Court... Is There Any Way I Can Terminate The Case From The Court ??would That Be Right Thing To Do.??if So What Do I Have To Do To Terminate The Case???do I Have To Fill The Forms Or Somthing Like That To The Court.id Ont Have Much Time Left To Do So Its In Next 24 Days. Cananyone Please Suggest Me What Do I Have To Do I Will Be Greatly Appericiated...thanks
 
Get a lawyer

Where you are with your case is complicated and to be safe I think you should get a lawyer to file the neccessary papers for the Judge to withdraw the order of deportation. In the meantime you might just do some research on the internet on the format of communication with the judge and file a request on your own for the judge to lift the order of deportation based on the approved petition, with attached proof of course. You can then show copies of that to your lawyer when you get one so that they can fix whatever you would have missed.

yeh i nkow that is true ..well tell u the truth. unfortunatelly i lost my job lost of contract by the company this week...and my is having a baby due anytime thsi week now.paying so much to immigation court and all other fee ...belive me i dont eevn have penny left to give it to lawyer ..i asked the lawyer already as iam in detroit they charge toom cuh...so i thgought may be i can do somthing own my own..iam gonna try my best if i can thats..iam in worst shape of my life now toomany probelms same time ...well i really appreciate that ur help thanks alot agian for ur time

Have you consulted Catholic Charities or your local bar association? They often provide pro-bono or extremely low-cost services.
 
yes id id consult them

yes i did consult them most of them r saying it s too complicated case..and they dont handle that kind..i talk to 5 of them they just raise theer hands for that .....no pro bono....
