My labor and I140 are thru. I have opted for consular processing back in Delhi, India. My PD is 12/2002 EB3 and current date is 5/2001. Here is my scenario. I work in company A1, whose parent company is say company A. Company A has another sister company say company B that is operated in Dedlhi. I may be transferred to company A2. My question is in this scenario what wimpact will it be on my GC processing. I do want to go to compamy A2 since thne I will be in India and also since I have opted for consular processing I won't have to worry fly from here. But the major question is whether transferring from one sister concern to another sister concern hasany negative impact on my GC processing. My GC filing has company A1 as my employer name. Please tell what are my options....
