In I485/Adj Of Status - H4 expired - Traveling Abroad

I have H4 visa expired in the passport and have an approved H4 extension petition. My application for I485 will be filed in June.

If I travel abroad in July with expired H4 visa in the passport and extension petition for H4 visa without AP document?

Will there be any issue with H4 visa getting revalidated in US consulate abroad?

Please advise.

No problem with that.
All you need is a new (revalidated) visa stamp on your PP to enter the US.

Filing for 485 doesn't change anything in this case.
