In I-485 form, what does the "Applying with you?" mean?

I'm applying for my F1 wife's GC, and I'm working on form I-485. For Part 3 (Processing information), section B where I have to list my wife's husband/wife, sons and daughters, I'm the only one that's going to be on that list, as I'm her USC husband. For each person listed here, there's a field that says "Applying with you?" which wants a Yes or No answer.

Is it asking if I'm also applying to adjust my status along with her, in which I would answer No?

Or is it asking if I'm going to be a part of my wife's application, as in I'm going to use my USC status to qualify her for adjustment of status, in which I would answer Yes?

That is what they are asking for - so you should answer 'No'
