nothing to worry..just make sure you stay in the US before and after you get married, then apply for GC through ur USC wife. Stay in the US until you obtained your conditional GC. You can also apply for advance prole at the same time when you apply for EAD. If your wife has no income, you'll need a 3rd sponsor for the affidavit of support. Any GC holder or USC can be your co-sponsor. If this is your first time marriage for both you and your USC wife, they'll usually approve your conditonal GC without much questions. It's better to pay the lawyer to do it all for you and accompany with you to the GC interview. If you get lukcy when you apply to remove your connditional GC to permanent GC, you may not have to go to the interview a 2nd time. My wife got her GC thorugh me 6 yrs ago and was in the same sitiuation as you. As long as your marriage is real..nothing to worry.
