Hi,
Im in Canada, Toronto on WorkPermit which is expiring on 26th of July.
I also got an H1B through consultant, My plan is to come and work in canada and move back to US after resigning the job from here.
My employer is asking me to come to US and apply for SSN and go back to Canada.
After which, I can go to India and resign my job and join him after a month.
My question is, is it possible for me to travel to US with my H1B and come back to canada within 2 or 3 days. Is this allowed?
On canadian side will they take back my work permit on going out of Canada?
Is it ok to leave canada and then get back within 2 or 3 days, and when i return to canada will they ask any question about my travel to US.
Coz, I have to come to work for some company here and going to US for some other company.
Im waiting for the reply from the GURUS.
