I hope someone can help me, I have looked everywhere I can think of to find what I am looking for. My husband is English. He has just gone back to England after being here on a 90 day visa waiver (visit), as his I-130 and I-129f petitions are being processed. What I am trying to find out is, is there any certain length of time required to be away before he can return again for another visit? Anything you can tell me would be much appreciated! Thanks.
