If one is literally in between jobs at the time of the AOS interview (NIW applicant), will that matter? Even if new employer (same field of work) has given EVL with start-date (one month from interview date), salary, etc. and there is evidence of most recent job ending just a few weeks back (several months worth of pay-stubs). Thanks.
