My details:
EB3 ROW
PD Oct 2003
LC Approved 2005 Dec.
I-140 Approved July 2006
I-485 filed June 10 2007 because of retrogression.
FP done July 13 2007.

Now after all this details I'll keep you posted for any update.I read somewhere in this forum that a guy did his FP 8:45 and same day at 10:5 he was approved.Bollocks!!!
So I have gave 4 more months to get an approval to myself otherwise I'm going to Canada.I'll live and work there with my experience from here, live 3 years get the Canadian passport and do something with my life instead of seating here, working for 12 $ being the best asset of the company etc. bollocks.Anyone in similar situation?

Hernesto I wouldn't expect an approval so soon. My best wishes to you
(Remember even though your pd is 10/03 , mine is 01/04 your RD will be 06/07)
So it is not likely for you to get an approval so soon.... sorry :(

I think I read about that too, but from what I remember his I-485 was already pending for a long time, and it was his second fingerprinting.

I-485s usually take at least 6 months, so don't expect approval before December.

It's me again.

I haven't got any email for my approval yet. I'll keep you posted for any move, update and frivoulous occurance in my case ))))
I still want to believe that I'll get the approval email atleast until the end of November 2007.
There was other guy who said he was approved in 2 months.He filed I-485 in May 07, did FP June 07 and got the approval July 07 with PD July 2003., so I'll keep you posted.!
