I have received my EAD and so has my spouse, on my employer based GC Application.

Spouse holds medical degree and falls under schedule A program where there is no labor processing as under schedule A we can file direclty for EAD, I-140, I-485. I want to be on safer side and instead of relying on my GC application, want to file GC on my spouse basis too. Howerver since spouse also got EAD based on my GC application, can I still go ahead with GC application with him/her? If so, what's the procedure, what status spouse would be on while GC is under process do I need to get H1 first before applying for GC for him/her? what would be my status. I guess I can contine being on EAD while another GC application is in process based on my spouse?

Gurus, please help me.

if ur spouse is eligible for another 140,485 based on schedule A then I dont see any issue for sending another application. You and ur spouse both are currently in AOS.

ur status will not change if spouse applied for another 485. I dont think her will also change[unless something goes wrong with ur current 485].
