Hello everyone, I hope I can have someone help me out. My mother in laws green card expired almost 2 years ago. She had been going through hard times, and couldn't afford to renew it. Well unfortunately, one of my brother in laws has passed away. My mother in laws ex-husband, father of the deceased wants to bury his son in Mexico. Mother in law wants to attend funeral in Mexico but doesn't think she can go due to the expired green card! is there ANYTHING she can do, or get done to help her travel to another country? Who can she see? what does she need? and Where should she go ask for her? Someone please help me, I feel terrible about the whole deal its been 4 days since my brother in laws passing.
